Two versions
The milestone map is the warmer one — it carries a name, a date and a line of text, and suits a gift marking something that happened. The technical diagram is the serious one — real runway headings, frequencies, elevation — and suits someone who actually flies and would check the details. If he's a working or former pilot, the technical version usually lands better.
